Technical & Scheduling Questions

A: Our online tutoring is conducted through Google Meets and Google classroom. You’ll be able to interact with your tutor in real-time, work on practice problems, and access learning materials, all from the comfort of your home.

A: All you need is a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a stable internet connection. We recommend using headphones and a webcam to improve the quality of the lessons, but they are not strictly necessary.

A: We understand that plans change. You can easily reschedule a session with 24-hour notice. Simply call us as soon as possible and we will work with you to reschedule your session.

A: Our standard sessions are 1 hour long.

A: We offer secure online payment methods, through PayPal or bank transfer. Payment should be made when you book and lessons can only commence once payment has been received.

A: Yes! We offer a free initial consultation where you can discuss your goals, assess your needs, and meet your tutor to see if it’s the right fit before committing to any lessons.

A: You can cancel a lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or to reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged at the full rate.
